Carefully structured questions uncover deeper insights about your personal motivations. We focus on what you want and your strengths, and only delve into the past as far as is necessary to understand your concerns.


This therapy works with the assumption that the client is the expert on themselves and their situation, and my role is to ask key questions to help you explore and put in place these solutions.


By identifying what drives you, you can unlock self guided solutions and translate those insights into actionable steps.
